Dr. Lenny Cocco,D.C. is a healer, teacher, mentor, coach and entrepenuer who believes that your life can thrive easily and effortlessly. His personal philosophy is "inner peace is world peace." He believes that each person who finds their true joy brings well-being to the whole world. He has learned from personal experience that the key lies in the raising of personal vibration. It is his goal to assist each person he meets in finding this place within themselves.

Dr. Lenny,D.C. realized his inclination for healing as an undergraduate at southern Connecticut State University where he was coaching the womens track team. His brother, a practicing chiropractor, gave him some tips for the team's injuries and performance and discovered how fulfilling helping others could be. Dr. Lenny, D.C. went on to graduate from Life West Chiropractic College in 1987, opened his first office in Oakland and later opened a second office in Sonoma.

At the same time, he also began teaching the biomechanics of chiropractic and co-founded "The Healing Symposium", a course specifically designed to assist health care professionals in the maintenance of their own well-being. More than 3,000 chiropractors have attended his classes.

In 1996, Dr. Lenny, D.C. began teaching his "Practice Made Perfect" seminars which offer one-day accredited seminars nationwide. These seminars offer the opportunity for fellow chiropractors to find their inner potential to improve not only their practice but also their lives.

In 2002, Dr. Lenny, D.C. sold his chiropractic practice in order to focus on his seminars and coaching programs. Her currently lives with his wife, Kari, an actress, their cats and dog, Magic on ten acres in the beautiful wine country of Sonoma, California.
